Me (aka Dreamland Productions)
Among other things (some not to be mentioned herein), I’ve been called a “life-saver” (no, not the hard candy), a miracle-worker and a dazzler. Perhaps at times I have earned these accolades, but I prefer to remember working with each client’s project as an exciting new adventure to which I gave what needed to be given. If the by-product of my efforts earns me exciting self-descriptors, then so be it. What matters to me is my passion for executing the client’s requests effectively and efficiently.
Here are the life-bio details
Born and bred in Eugene, Oregon, my college years found me about as far away as I could get inside the continental US. Four seasons at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, gifted me with a BS in International Relations (and almost a double-major in Music). Five subsequent years in San Diego, California gave me a solid background in non-profit management. From directing Marketing and Public Relations for classical music organizations to working with international Asian dignitaries at UCSD, that time sure did see a lot of black-tie events, concerts and all-you-can-eat-sushi buffets.
Over the course of the next few years I worked with college-age students in an 11th century French monastery, directed development efforts for a youth symphony, sold over 3000 items on eBay, and (drum-roll please… here comes the crowning achievement) raised a now 6 year-old beautiful girl. I now find myself residing in Portland, Oregon.
I have a deep passion for all things international and speak Spanish and French fluently. I can even get by with German. I’m passionate about rock climbing, singing with my little girl and at times, a casual game at Big Fish. If you need the low-down on my favorite foods, cars, movies, books, and soap operas, please email me.
